Tourist from different countries come in this region to enjoy the beauty of nature such as attractive mountain range and other views and scenarios. There have been lost of hotels at Ghorepani, Shikha, Ghara and Tatopani for tourist. There is good demand for cheese as it is needed per day. Especially cheese is used in very varieties of tourist's dish. Cheese has been supplying in these area far from east of Nepal which is definitely difficult task as may cause for damage, not sufficient and available in time and also coasted. So we established cheese production industry in 2000 A.D. Now 9 to 10 kg cheese is produced from 1000 liter milk per day and 20 to 21 kg ghee per month. It has the capacity to produce cheese of 300 liter milk per day. It is one of multidimensional program. It has become income source for school and also has provided job for poor farmer who keep cattle. Now a farmer can earn about 3000 to 6000 rupees per month by selling milk. Keeping cows is also benefited making compost fertilizer and able to increase their fertility power of land and gave got good production from crops. Possibility of vegetable growing and having good income by selling. If we are able to increase the capacity of cheese industry by using electricity than more people can get job. One can keep pigs from why which will be available from cheese production industry. Lack of electricity, producing rate has been increased costly and not we can't have profit. Two person has been working in this industry for making cheese.
